Gender Bias in Character Creation

This is Part for Fun and Part serious suggestion. I recently read an article that talked about how the MMO Conan Exiles has included slide bar sizing of Male avatars for their naughty bits. Now I've always thought it very sexist that there is a size selection for breasts in MMO's but men's groins are fixed. I figured games were just unwilling to go there but now since CE has decided to level the playing field I honestly and wholeheartedly endorse that FF14 show gender equality. Sizing for one and not the other is sexists. So why not provide sizing for Male Avatars too? I Applaud the sexy outfits provided for the males but frankly without adequate equipment it might as well be a flat chested female avatar. LOL!

A mans groin isn't really the male equivalent of a woman's chest. It isn't sexist to have a slider for one but not the other.

I'd feel very awkward having to make a decision about where to set that slider.

I find that pointless as every male character will just put it to the max setting.

Didn't they already admit they can't add new sliders to the existing CC anyways? So it's kinda a moot point. Plus Conan was going for the shock value as they have full nudity in the game. Not having an equal opportunity in the slider in a game where you /start/ naked is kinda redundant. Less so in an MMO where they don't even let us have bare feet, let alone breasts or groins.

Really? So your telling me that when you see a woman you don't immediately or within a few seconds take in the size of a woman's breast? And don't play the genitalia card because a woman's breasts are very sexualized. In fashion, magazines, TV, Movies, Anime and so on. A woman's Breasts are one of the defining and most obvious attribute that singles out the female gender. If your telling me that you don't take notice of a womans chest, effectively sexualizing that part, then your bold faced lying.

A "bulge" slider is just flat-out strange though. Like...no matter what your, uh...size is it's gonna vary based on...various factors anyway. And not permanently be conspicuously..."there" unless you're wearing next to nothing, realistically. And is that really considered the "sexy" thing about guys? They're not equivalent at all to me. If anything more build / musculature options would be equivalent. Some races have the smooth/chiseled slider but it still feels pretty insignificant. Things like the request for body hair / more muscle options I see as being equivalent, but not having a hilariously conspicuous 12-ilm Lugworm pressing against your small-clothes.

Breasts are considered sexy, but the first thing people notice about men isn't their crotch :P usually. Unless I'm horribly out of touch. The argument isn't that breasts aren't sexy.

Personally speaking, as a woman, I’m more apt to notice a man’s muscles before his, uh... package. I mean, I’m sure there are individuals out there who notice the latter, but this is all subject to one’s personal taste.

And in these same media, they tend to focus more on a male’s six-pack or pectorals or biceps. Not his groin, unless we’re talking about underwear ads.

But something that would help everyone is butt sliders.
