I keep running into Astro running Shields in Farm PTs as a SCH. (Why?)

There was a time when the base AST shield was better than the base Adlo and was instant cast.

Unless something was changed, that is still the case.

Aspec Ben - 250% Insta cast.
Adloquium - 200% 1.89 cast time
