    what is the RNG timer variable for relinquished plots?

    anybody know how high it goes? literally been waiting 24 hours for this plot... it's gone through devaluation already, and I still can't purchase it.

    I thought it was supposed to be under a day, but square has given no info and that's all from the small number of reports people have given. Devaluation should occur every 6 hours.
