Started getting 90002 error code after 06/07/2018 patch update

When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.

I have been getting an error code 90002 since 06/07/18 after patch. I have tried everything I can think of. I have uninstalled launcher, reinstalled launcher, rebooted router, called ISP to reset router, closed all background windows and tasks, checked firewall/antivirus software, changed from D11 to D9 and back. I've done everything imaginable and still get a red ring, lag and then disconnect with error code 90002 since 06/07/18 after patch. I even tried WTFast, that didn't work. Lastly, I reset my computer to factory default. If ANYBODY can help it would be greatly appreciated!!

    Greetings, Aethlewyn Owren!

Thank you for your patience while your concern was being investigated, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. After thoroughly investigating this issue, the development team found that the game is closing through something clientside, and not as a result of server side disconnections, so they recommend that your client and network environment. If you continue to experience issues after double checking your system and connection, please submit a new report, and we will make sure to escalate your details to the development team for further review. Thank you again for your patience and understanding!
