If the style of clothes and monsters doesn't appeal to you its your problem alone, dont request the entire game to be changed to cater to your likes and dislikes.
Im a fashion freak as well, and I assure you, there are lots and lots of different cool looking clothes and weapons already ingame. Seeing how you didnt even find the pugilist equipment in the picture which my pug already wore ages ago (at r25), Ill just guess you are not very attentive.
Leveling is already fast enough as it is btw.
