So, I'm trying to buy a house in Goblet.

When I click on placard and select buy as individual, game is telling me:

In order to purchase house you need to have one character at level 50, furthermore, you need to be at least rank second lieutenant in one of the Grand companies.

I have gil, I am level 60 bard and I'm Chief Serpent Sergeant

After that message, it just closes and I'm unable to purchase the house.

What am I missing?
