90k In Instances

So for the past couple weeks, I've been getting random 90ks when in an instance such as a dungeon or MSQ-related duty. It's really getting on my nerves and halting process on actually doing content. I've been told something's going on with both NA and EU data center's "ntt". I'm not very tech savvy but I'm hoping this issue is soon addressed and taken care of as soon as possible.

- the nature of the latency
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
