    Crashing after finishing the "Seer Folly" quest instance

    After completing the instance for the quest "Seer Folly" (Level 30 Conjurer quest), I get the "Quest Complete" logo, then the game instantly closes without any error messages. Is this a problem with the game, or is there something wrong with my PC?

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    When you log back into the game, where is your character? Does it register that you've completed the quest? Or do you have to complete it again only to receive the same result?

    My first thought is that you are running into some corrupted file that will force-close the game at that point. Have you already tried to reinstall the game?

    Is this the only crash you've run into with the game?
