New Housing?

I like everyone's statements here. I believe housing is in a pretty decent state. For the most part, every server has open smalls, start there. I get people want desired plots, but there were times not long ago where people would've just been happy with ANY plot. SE has improved a lot, and now people are unhappy still and have shifted the priority to having the perfect house, instead of just being gracious to have one at all. Combine the improvements in availability with a little effort like checking housing areas on the hour, " keeping in the housing loop" via certain resources, PF and others , aquiring a medium or large is definitely within the realm of possibilities. Oh....and have the gil.

Leviathan has run out of houses. I have ambitions to upgrade to a medium plot in Shirogane, but that chances of that happening are 0.001% this year. FC companies control half of Shirogane.
I already had to have devil's luck of getting a Shirogane small plot a month ago.
