First of all, the title is just because of how it sounded. So, I had noticed today that despite many if not all of the previous 'Gender Locked' outfits have made it to the Calamity Salvager's gender-specific gear thing. However, it doesn't have any of the newer outfits that have a male and female parallel.

Specifically, the Loyal Housemaid and Loyal Butler outfits. Given the cost of these outfits, I would think that they too would make their way onto that list. Perhaps it was just something skimmed over?
