can we have WHM/CNJ weapon and shield be able to glam over 2 handed weapons

while testing stuff today with the princess dress with my friends , we found a really good combination but would need us to use the one handed cane and shield , so i was wondering why can't we glam those 1 handed cane over the 2 handed ones
