Frequency:been like this for the last 3-4weeks still have not got my soul Crystal.

Class/Level: level 50 Samurai Quests
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: Unsure
Area and coordinates: Ul’dah Gladiator’s Guild
Housing: NA
Steps:
1. Checked the Calamity Savlager, No Soul Crystal to recover.
2. Checked the Quest giver NPC, and was unable to pick up the quest “Master Musosai”
3. Tryed getting hold of the GM in game to help and got no where.
