    Is it possible to link FFXIV account to new PSN without purchasing the game again?

    I am curious if there is a way to link my FFXIV account to a new Playstation Network ID (PSN) without having to rebuy the game. Would I be able to do so with same account or do I have to re-purchase the game even if I still own the disc (Stormblood)? I would really like to avoid having to rebuy the game if at all possible so if I could either make a new account for a different PSN and reuse my game or relink my account to a different PSN, I would like to know how please. I apologize if this may not fall under the "technical support" topic, but I was unsure of where to post this question. I appreciate you taking the time to look this over!

    Unfortunately, once a ID is linked to a PSN and we remove that link, that ID is then ruined and is not able to be linked again. You are more than welcome to contact support directly about this issue.

    To reach our live chat support please follow the steps below.

    1. Visit the SQUARE ENIX Support Center at http://support.na.square-enix.com/
    2. Select FINAL FANTASY XIV as the game title.
    3. on the next screen click on "Contact".
    4. You will then need to select a category and sub category from the drop down menus.
    5. Next, type a basic description of your inquiry in the "Contact details" section and click "Next".
    6. on the following page click "Next" again. Ignoring any Knowledge Base Suggestions that may apply.
    7. Provided your contact is during SQUARE ENIX Support Center's hours of operation, you should see a Chat Support option. Click "proceed to chat support" to initiate contact with one of our Chat Support Representatives.

    NOTE: Live service is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 (Pacific Time) (Excluding holidays)
