    Help me with the i2501 error code on subscription

    i cant buy subscription with my crysta due to this "You cannot use this function.
    Please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Centre for additional details.
    Error Code: i2501" help me please, i try support centre but it not working . What should i do?

    An i2501 error is not a technical error. As such, we cannot assist with this on the Technical Support forum. For further assistance, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.
