If anything they should add MORE exclusive. Players should be rewarded for being exceptional, add titles for world/server first in pve, or for the earliest 20 or so clears per server. Add exclusive reward to Palace of the Dead in some form....You can already earn 99.5% of what's in this game just by playing super casually, they should add more stuff to ignite some competition in other forms of play.
