As this issue may also affect transfers to all Worlds, the World transfer service has been temporarily halted.

In addition, The Lodestone login feature is being affected as well, and so has been temporarily set to maintenance status.

We have an update on the Chaos Data Center Worlds situation.

We have discovered that there has been a major power outage at the EU Data Center, and all functions are inoperable. Currently we are working as quickly as possible to fix the issue, but as several pieces of server and network equipment have been damaged by the power outage, recovery may take some time.

We will keep you updated, and inform you as soon as there is any change in the situation.
