Code WV-33899-2 PS4 XIV

I was kick like 5min ago and keep getting this code, what does it mean? Only happening with XIV everything else working fine.

My boyfriend have the same issue now. It happened suddenly because normally he didn't had any problem with login.
He get the same error WV-33899-2 and other games work fine without any problem.

He already tried these steps:

Changed DNS settings

He have the disc of the game not the download.
