Code WV-33899-2 PS4 XIV

I was kick like 5min ago and keep getting this code, what does it mean? Only happening with XIV everything else working fine.

If you google it, it appears to be a psn connection error. This page gave some tips on fixing it, but you might try completely powering down your router, your ps4 and then powering them back up in that order before you go about changing any settings.
