No Gold Chocobo Feathers After Referring Friends

Hello, I have contacted Square Enix support, who directed me to a GM, who since directed me here so I'm giving this a go

I've referred two friends to FFXIV: Online, who have both then purchased subscriptions to the game. I have since referred a further two friends very recently. On the Mog station, I can see I have 2 successful referrals and the veteran rewards link is displaying the appropriate rewards for both of these.

However, I do not have the (10) Golden Chocobo Feathers in my inventory. This is quite frustrating as I am looking forward to obtaining my Twintania mount with the newly referred friends when the time comes. I have checked the delivery Mooge (rewards button), personal inventory and retainers just in case. The Calamity Salvager in Ul'Dah also displays my available Gold Chocobo Feathers as 0. It's very strange though because I so remember having them at a point, and I know I didn't sell / discard them!

Please could someone look into this for me and send me / restore the 10x Gold Chocobo feathers?

try delete some mail first, maybe your mail is full.

Check your delivery moogle for the amount of SE related mail you still have. If you have more than 10, you won't be able to receive more, until you delete a few.

Thanks I'll try that, but the character referrals are over a year old, and I have all of the other rewards... except the Chocobo Feathers! Any other ideas? Sad about this

The mailbox was okay, I can still see the letters but I don't have any attachments. Any other ideas? Already tried CS and GM.

The letters without attachments also count towards the limit. You'll have to delete a few until you have less than 10, and then click the button in the top right corner to request the reward to be sent again.
