Have been submitting items to the Enclave since release but have not received story updates for the past two weeks.

Steps:
1. Submitted items for weekly donations.
2. Past 2 weeks no advancement in story and no cutscenes or NPC's have appeared to advance the story.

The week before (6/5/18), I donated a large stack of items (Allagan silver pieces), thinking the game would simply return what the Enclave couldn't pay me for. When I discovered this wasn't the case, I retrieved the stack in order to split off/re-donate what I could be paid for and save the rest for later. Despite the Enclave taking their gil back when I retrieved the items, I was not allowed to re-donate them. Since that time, I have received no further story updates despite watching my wife donate items and receive cutscenes each week. According to another thread on this topic (started on 6/12/18 by another player), retrieving items has somehow counted against my donation total (again despite the Enclave not giving me an option to donate again once I split stacks properly) and is preventing me from moving forward. If this is the case, it also appears that the game is counting the stack's full value against me rather than the donation cap of 20k (if it was using the donation cap, I should have "caught up" again this week rather than still be denied progress); as this was a sizeable stack of silver pieces, this means I will likely be unable to receive story updates for several more weeks, possibly even months, unless this issue is fixed. Even assuming that nothing can be done to fix my own progress, then in order to prevent this problem in the future, either a) the game should split stacks automatically in this situation, or b) players should be allowed to donate further if they retrieve items. The rationale that the Enclave can only afford so much in a week no longer applies if someone returns their money in order to get things back, regardless of the reason.
