GM can't reset those settings. Happened to a friend of mine and they cleared it. By filing a tech ticket from tech support rather than in game. Was done in 48hrs. Same thing happened with a choco being stuck in a FC. Contacting GM's takes longer of a process. ( I use to be a GM for a different game. ) Hmmm also I had a member in my old FC and he abandoned the FC I will ask him, I don't think he went through the FC leader for it it was an option under his settings as a member.
