Steps:
1. Barrel Stabilizer works normally when unsynced in Eureka
2. Sync to Notorious Monster battle (Happens during every Notorious Monster I sync to)
3. Barrel Stabilizer cannot be used, regardless of Gauss Barrel status, which it is on and gaining heat normally, but not through Barrel Stabilizer. Ability is darkened, as though inactive through syncing to a lower level (Though the only level synced should be elemental level)
