QOL - Triple Triad drops from Alliance Raids

Greetings !

I've been playing FFXIV for many years now and one of the things I like to do in my free time is collecting the Triple Triad cards. I'm currently @ 206 cards.

Having said that, there's one thing that could use some improvement in my opinion.
When a Card drops from a chest (ex in Alliance raids) everyone can roll on it even if you have the Card already in your list. Most people just roll on the Card without realizing they have it already in their Card list. The number of times where I had to read in chat after someone else winning a roll "Ooh, I already had that Card" can become a bit frustrating as a Card hunter.

Would it be possible to change this so only players who don't have the Triple Triad Card can roll? (like we have already for minions drops) I believe the potential MGP loss for players who can't roll on the Card would almost be negligible.

Yeah I already made a similar thread earlier about the same thing. I gave up on trying to get the Diabolos Hollow from Dun Scaith and am offering 100k gil for everyone who helps clear this place with an undersized party as long as I get the card. SE has made it TERRIBLE for people trying to obtain certain cards. Currently searching for a undersized party in PF if you want to join. This honestly needs to change, so SE make it happen. You already have the rule on gear, put the same for cards, please.
