I agree with some of the things you said and want to address those concerns. I'm thinking of a way to streamline the Mastery Traits in a way that feels satisfying as well as buffs/redesigns for Aquaveil and Munificent Efflorescence. It's taking me some time to come up with some solid solutions to all those, but I will update my post when it all comes together.

Before i delve into this myself I just wanna point out the issue with the -, ra, ga, ja system thats going on. It looks as though you have Cure as a single target and Curaga as a multitarget, but based on the series history Cura should be the multitarget with Curaga being a stronger single target and Curaja being the stronger multitarget. I am all for adjusting the naming convention cause the twelve knows its backwards, but there should be some consistency.

Still reviewing, but I agree that there is a disproportionate state between DPS and heals. What I would propose is a system similar to RDM, where you have a Heal and a DPS gauge, this way you'd be rewarded for doing both with a stronger version of one or the other or both. But you'd have to figure out a way to make it not be a carbon copy of the RDM gauge.
