    It is still locked. There will be an announcement on the Lodestone (also shown in the launcher) when there is a change in which servers are congested/standard/preferred. The latest such announcement can be found here: https://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...d13bc41501848b as an example.

    Until the status of Balmung changes there is no point in even trying to get in.
