Expanded options for vote dismiss

Is this a thing that ever will happen?

I've recently noticed there are more people who are either not participating in alliance raid roulette or are entirely AFK, while AFK is an option I don't know if other players feel "harassment" is an appropriate reason to vote dismiss someone who is not pulling their weight while not actively harassing anyone.

In the situation that prompted me to post this, one of our healers refused to heal and consistently returned to the beginning of the instance when dying in boss fights. When called out on behavior, they pulled the final boss and the vote dismiss failed - possibly due to their only being several specific options for dismissal and a warning to not abuse it.

The situation you describe is harassment, though. You should have no reservations about selecting that option when someone's being a total douchebag.

Yep like Mr. Rongway mentioned, harassment isn't always active.
