    Offhand Crafting Tools

    Would be great if those got a revamp also, I find they mostly pointless.
    GSM offhand tool should be the only thing used for making jewels for example.

    I was wondering aren't they suppose to like increase quantity obtained, while with the primary hand you get more HQ item? Or is this completly false since 1.20?
