Samurai Soul Crystal Missing

Frequency:been like this for the last 3-4weeks still have not got my soul Crystal.
World name: Gobiln
Character name: Lulu Matsumoto
Retainer name: NA
NPC name: Musosai
Monster name: NA
Class/Level: level 50 Samurai Quests
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: Unsure
Area and coordinates: Ul’dah Gladiator’s Guild
Housing: NA
Steps:
1. Checked the Calamity Savlager, No Soul Crystal to recover.
2. Checked the Quest giver NPC, and was unable to pick up the quest “Master Musosai”
3. Tryed getting hold of the GM in game to help and got no where.

Have you checked your Character screen and clicked on the Soul Crystal slot? Soul Crystals are only stored in the Armoury Chest, not in the Inventory (your screenshot clearly shows the Mythrite Katana so you have obviously unlocked the Job). The advanced Jobs cannot be switched using the Soul Crystal they can only equipped by equipping it's weapon normally (the Soul Crystal is automatically equipped as part of the process). This is because the Advanced Jobs do not have classes and the weapon is rolled into the Job.

So open your Character sheet and try equipping the Katana and see if you can now change to SAM.

Already did that that why I posted here, I don’t have one.
Also if you look at my 1st pic you can see I tryed to Chang job and it won't let me do it because I do not have the Soul Crystal.

I payed for that katana because I did not get the start set for him on the last quest.
