Mog station error i2501 cant use credit card or steam wallet

Keep on getting error i2501 when trying to pay for anything with my credit card and steam wallet. The latter being my preferred choice of payment. I looked at the reasons as to why this is happening to me, but none applies. I am using my own wifi with no VPN, my antivirus software detected no viruses, and my internet speed is pretty fast. What can I do to resolve this?
