THM vs Tank FIGHT!!

I haven’t read much of this thread yet, I just wanted to say my firsthand experience on this topic

The group I’m with has a very competent tank, and even with archers and thaumaturges doing massive damage, can still hold hate the whole time. So when we’re in a pickup group and the tank can’t hold hate from an archer or thaumaturge 50% of the fight and the DDs have to wait for the tank to gain hate for several minutes,... it doesn’t make that archer or thm badass, it makes that tank incompetent.

Any thaum can pull hate off of ANY glad on Ifrit if they choose to... that is the point

i can assure you a thm can pull hate off ANY gla no matter how competent that gla is. it's part of managing your own hate that keeps people from pulling hate off them.
