    GLA keeps hate, THMs take part in helping the GLA keep hate. It's a team fight. (Notice the Rampart and Sacred Prism+Cures on the THM).
    A GLA will not lose hate if they are using all hate generating abilities, meaning a THM cannot pull hate even if they go all out right at the start.

    There's no harm for the GLAs to throw cures to the THMs or CNJs, there's also no harm if the THMs stand closer to Ifrit so GLA can cure them. It's a team fight, help each other do their role and the fight will be fine.
