How long does it take to get mog shop items?

Friend gives me 3 codes, for each of the mog station music rolls. I redeem all three codes, one at a time

First one gets to me in the mail (rise of the white raven orchestral version). Other two never show up

I get a pop up about 'blah blah too full'

So I delete basically everything, no items being held on anything in my mailbox on my main character

I've re-logged multiple times now. I've also used the 'request items being sent' button a few times

It's been well over 30 minutes now and still nothing as of me posting this.

Yes I know for a fact I only had the items sent to my main character

It takes awhile sometimes. My longest wait was around an hour. Just keep on waiting, and if they aren't there tomorrow file a ticket with the help desk.

Usually its within a few minutes but i've heard of instances where it can take 24 hours. If you haven't seen it after 24 hours I'd contact customer support.

if the mailbox is full as they were delivering it could take up to 24 hours. I made the mistake of buying something with a full box and had to wait about 12 hours for it to actually show up.

longest its ever taken for me it 10 minutes to get a item. might be different if maintenance is going on for it. Check and see if your card you used got charged for the item or if it got declined.

Average time for me is 10 minutes...sometimes logging off and logging on helps.

I suggest you give it 24 hours....contact support if nothing happens.
Also..if you have multiple accounts..make sure your on the correct one...or multiple alts. Some items are bound to single chars.

I had to wait about 2-3 hours once. I've found logging onto a different character helps for some reason when it's a non-account wide item.
