[Fanfest] Mount/Minion will be on Mogstation... How much?

Well after seeing that the fanfests will stream live... They made it quite clear no in game items will be given. "Those who are unable to attend the events will be able to purchase the bonus items on the Mog Station." We know this is to drum up more mogstation activity.. however one thing that would be nice to know now is. How MUCH will the mount and minion cost? Since its been announced that it will be up there. Its safe to assume a cost is known already.

Requesting from the team that they let us know the price of these items..

Well in the past you had to purchase access to the live stream for $30, and that gave you access to all the in-game bonus items. Last fanfest was your choice of either yuna or tidus outfits and 1 minion.

If you wanted all the minions you had to purchase all the streams for $30 each. Meaning you'd probably also get the other outfit as well. So for 2 outfits and 3 minions it was $90.

My guess is the prices will be standard mogstation mount/minion prices. So like $28 for the mount, and $7 for each minion. So end up being about $40 less than what they did last time.

I think they realized that all the live stream information immediately gets posted to reddit anyway, so essentially people were just paying those absurd prices just to get the in-game items and I guess they felt it was kind of silly to charge that much. Also the service they were using to provide the paid streams was pretty garbage and had a lot of issues. So hopefully this year they will just use youtube/twitch like they normally do.

I did buy the 3 streams in the last Fan Festival and I think it was quite overpriced, the whole thing was pretty boring and the "concerts" were a joke of less than half an hour of horrible noise, to be honest the only thing of relevance at least to me were the keynotes about the upcoming expansion!...

Hopefully they won't go nuts with the Mog Station prices given these will be account-wide items!...

At least it's just an option to pay this time, minions are not really appealing to me since they are the "obedient" type and are completely graceless as they don't even move around like others, I think SE should improve on minions and give them actual uses like allowing the Wind-up Y'shtola to cast Protect on her master and maybe even party members, it could be of shorter length but stronger defense, it would be so much fun!...

I, for one, cared far more about the concerts in the premium stream than the minions/mounts. I'd still rather have a premium stream that allows us access to everything (concerts, minions, mounts) rather than completely missing out on the concert.

I'm more surprised they make it available to people who don't go and watch from their home. That's not exclusive, and generally streams been around €30 and tickets are around €150. Yes you get to stand around people and stuff but i'd rather just sit in my comfort back home and get same experience of stream.
