Surplus, it goes or I go

I just got word of this surplus with cutting experience gained. I bought the game, I am paying monthly to play it, and now SE is going to tell me how to play? this has just pretty much done it for me with this game.....when my time is done ill probably not reactivate. You cant just charge gamers for a game and then tell them how to play, we are gamers we all play the game our own way O.o.

You pay to go to school, and they tell you how to do things. You go to a restaurant, you are ready to pay your dinner, but they still have dress (and behavior) codes even before they let you in. You pay to fly in an airplane, they still tell you how to sit, when to eat and when not to go to the toilet. You pay your rent, and your landlord still can impose plenty of restrictions on you. There are agreements or contracts (tacit or otherwise) established with all of these service providers. You have one such agreement with the game publishers. If you want to quit, by all means, quit. But drop the silly argument that, because you're paying them, the folks at SE have relinquished their intellectual authorship of the game. They can, and indeed do tell you how to play.

Besides, Surplus hasn't been in the game for a year now!!
