Suggestion: FC Platoons

A free company can have up to 512 members, but only 2 company actions could be used whether members like it or not.

I thought it would be neat to have platoons within the Free Company. So maybe 4 platoons allowed in a free company, up to 128 members each (or heck, even 512 limit wouldn't hurt). A platoon would allow 1 extra action on top of the already existing FC buffs to be activated. I imagine a restriction could be placed such as not being able to switch platoons until 24 hours has passed.

In my (rather small) history of having joined different FCs (across a couple alts too) usually just the EXP boost and/or MGP boost would be active and I know they will be useless for some members. So with the platoon feature, an example of it being put to good use would be a platoon that would help crafters/gatherers with a buff useful to them when the FC generally uses PVE buffs. I don't dislike it. When I was leveling up my crafters, I really wanted an extra boost but the FC actions were always for battle exp and either durability buffs or teleportation fees.

That said, we have items in the game that give personalized buffs (Squadron buffs, can be purchased through GC seals also I believe). They say clearly in their description that they override the FC buffs so they're equivalent, but are often stronger than the matching FC buff. Given these items exist in the game, and every player can manage that sort of thing for themselves, I don't see them investing in this kind of system.

As the Grand Company already fills this role by providing you with tier III consumable buff items when you do missions out of the squadron command book, this is unnecessary.
