Server Latency

Hello.

I'm from Brazil. Playing on Siren. Have some questions, hopefully somebody can help me please.

1) Is there East / West Coast servers?
2) Is Siren West Coast?
3) Which servers are East Coast?
4) What servers Brazilians feel better latency?
5) Any good VPNs to solve the routing logistic from South America to server?

Been playing for 6 months, always felt the combat clunky and laggish, thought was my end. One member of my FC mentioned she will move to a new server because Siren is West. After that possibility was raised I inquired more in the internet and couldn't find a definate answer. Sent a ticket to support asking this very question, but thought I'd drop by the forums to get additional help.

Thanks for any information, will greatly improve my online experience if I can play on an East Coast server.

All NA servers are on the west coast. The only other servers are near Frankfurt, Germany, and in Tokyo, Japan.
