Latin America ping issues still unresolved

We are still having a lot of ping issues from South America ISP. (...)
Do we still keep hope for them to do something?

I don't think they ever will.
I am from Brazil and play this game for about 4 years on a European server, and yeah, these whole years I'm dealing with 240ms+ ping.
And now is even worse because European servers are suffering again with packet loss.
Yeah I can feel the frustrating, specially now that I'm raiding the new ultimate. I die a bunch of times because of ping and that frustrates me a lot... And to be honest, they know that people play with this much of latency and they still make fights with 100ms ping based.
Anyways, I think the double weaving and dodging AoEs on the last second will stay in our dreams, my friend... At least for a while.
