Nice, I like that set. There's a red version you can find (piece by piece) in dungeon chests as well. (That was actually my first incentive to pick up lancer as well - I started out only playing mages, but I'd gotten the tabard from a dungeon and wanted to have a class that would let me equip it!)

Also, in case you haven't noticed, there's an option to make your headgear invisible. There should be a small button below the picture of your character in the Character menu.
