Everyone hated Spirits Within. Advent Children was enough fanservice for the FF7 fanbois that they're blind to the flaws.

A bit harsh, I will admit Advent Children is a guilty pleasure, its loud, dumb, obnoxious and is kind of...bad, but it has a charm to it and admittedly, as someone who adored FFVII as a kid, it was cool seeing all my favourite characters from the game return. It was shameless fanservice, but as I said, very much a guilty pleasure and for all its flaws, everyone remembers Cloud's motorcycle.

Spirits Within was a technical marvel for the time it came out, too bad it had nothing to do with the source material it was based on, its not a terrible movie by any stretch, but it has so little to do with Final Fantasy that fans couldn't help but be disappointed.

Yeah, AC wasn't too bad imo. The "Complete" version they released some time later filled a lot of the holes and made the movie feel more...well, complete. THAT was the proper version. It's better to watch in Japanese with English subs though regardless of the version. Spirits Within...yeah, I certainly wasn't a fan, but if people enjoyed it that's their right. I won't judge.

It will look as ridiculous as the small way too slow Airship mount (Falcon?) though.

Advent Children and Spirits Within were both bad just one was less worse than the other.
For me as a VII fan I like to think of AC as a what if coz at the end of VII they looked pretty F'd

Would have totally preferred the VII's chopper look to the bike rather than AC's look. Though I'm pretty sure most people don't realize it's the same model bike except with a lot more silly metal siding slapped on and the chopper style handlebars removed. Doesn't change the fact the chopper version probably would have looked sillier given the AC design sort of fits Garlean design, but none-the-less totally would have preferred the classic look.

Are you referring to clouds Harley Daytona bike?

Garlemald, like Doma, might be a city in the next expansion heavily based on previous FF games. Since Praetorium and the various Castrums all look relatively advanced, it might be that Garlemald is an advanced magitek city that's divided into sectors, each powered by a Ceruleum Reactor, resembling Midgar to a degree (Ceruleum is very similar in form/function to Mako btw). That said, we might have a MSQ Dungeon called "Sector #1 Ceruleum Reactor" where we hijack a steam train and then blow a reactor up ala FF7.

I'd like to buy the fanfest stream so I can watch the concerts and keynote. One of those isn't included in the free stream and the other was exclusive to premium streams in the past. Feels like ppl who cannot go get second best. I wanna pay like $20 and get the bike and minion for the stream-not free and no access to concerts. Odds are the mount WILL be $20 and minions $10 each.
