Feast Ranked does not allow a player to respond to messages or chat.

I wish I could have had a chance to respond regarding my report, but you closed the ticket, thinking I was AFK - when in actuality, the game was preventing me from responding due to the game mode's restrictions.

to prevent this issue in the future, I recommend use the GM call in an idleness moment or crafting/gathering something. Then you can give full attention to the GM will reply your ticket and have your problem solved.
Last time I called a GM, I wait a moment where I finish my daily stuff, made a call and have total disponibility for the /tells

Depend, the thousand times I called a GM the time of reply can be like less than 30 min or like more than 2 hours. But still recommend do it

I can definitely sympathize with the OP here.

If you need to make a GM call and it takes him two hours to respond... do you expect people to sit around with their thumbs up their rears for two hours?

That, and you'd think that you should be able to respond to a GM while in a PvP match. I don't get why you can't, that's kinda stupid. The GM call should be a separate communication system that should have special rules (like WoW's does) and there should never be a time when a player can't respond to a GM message.

That, and why couldn't the GM tell the player was in a PvP match (and they should know it's impossible to respond while in said PvP match)?

This whole thing teaches us that the system needs tweaks, things need changed.

Had this issue too. Had to abandon my lighthouse raid because how it is not possible to respond to a GM /tell while in the duty finder.

What blew my mind was that the GM said that I can reply to his tell and didn't even know about the restriction. Incompetence? Perhaps.
