add kimonos for player characters!

I'm not sure that npc kimono is even a functional outfit.
Do any of the NPC that wear it even walk around or anything outside of a bow?

It honestly looks like it wouldn't even support normal walking around animations without looking like it's made of rubberbands

Hmm, might worth to have a look at Tsukuyomi's fight. I just haven't really notice it, but yeah, you can try and see how they do in there.

not that super tight one

even went back and perused the weaver quests and they never actually show the dancers walking in that type of kimono

It’s also possible that if the kimono model is non-functional but NPCs are wearing it and need to move around in cutscenes, they might just frame the shot so you can’t see their legs.

We should not have to spend $20 on glams when we already pay for the game, each expansion, and a $15 monthly sub. It adds up. $$$$

But, as a 'main character' type outfit, if her outfit becomes available it will almost certainly be from the shop.

In one delivery quest you see certain NPCs in Kimonos and you see them moving just fine. It may clip if you run around but at least walking was no real problem there.

And while there is clipping with some gear since day one, this would be a whole new level of bad, particularly with melee classes. :P
But as around town glam, or for roleplayers, it still would be lovely to have a choice for it, plain ones like this and others with patterns and all dyable of course.
Id be happy even if they added ones like this for DoH/DoL rather than not ever see them at all.
