Lodestone Character Issue

Issue:
My character page on the Lodestone, https://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...acter/2328946/ hasn't updated its information in over a year. I have reported it elsewhere, http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...rs-out-of-date and been directed here.
My class levels haven't been updated, as well as everything else with one exception. The picture showing my character located between equipped gear is up to date, or at the very least, more up to date than anything else, though the gear shown as equipped is not. My last achievement according to Lodestone was on the 1/6/2017 to help pin down the date of when things stopped if that helps.
Lastly, to further confuse the issue, some parts of my Lodestone are even more out of date than the rest. My Race/Clan/Gender is showing Hyur Midlander / ♂ but should in fact show Lalafell Dunesfolk / ♂ because I used a fantasia at some point long before the point where other things stopped updating though I do not remember when. Also, and possibly linked, Lodestone has my character located on Shiva, but I have been on Tonberry for a long time.

Any help I could receive on this issue would be much appreciated.

Just out of curiosity: Do you have another character on Shiva?

No, no character on Shiva, though I did use World Transfer at some point, probably off of Shiva onto Tonberry.
