Can we get more options to trade in our Allagan Tomestones?

I've been sitting maxed out on previous Tomestones every patch with nothing useful to spend them on. My Poetics have been sitting at 2000 since 3.0. The crafting materials /old gear are useless to me and I don't collect music sheets. Just add more options without taking away what we already have.

Perhaps let us exchange them for Gil, current patch Tomestones or turn them in for experience. Maybe include the old Tomestones in the Doma's reconstruction.

I've been suggesting to others to purchase gear and turn it in for the eminently more useful GC seals. Seems to work well for them. You can also turn your poetics in for Unidentifiable Ore and then go turn those in for Grade 3 Thanalan Topsoil which sells really well on most servers. More options are never a bad thing, but I certainly don't find it a struggle to find something to dump my poetics on.

I currently use mine to desynth Ironworks accessories for Gold and Platinum Ingots.

I heard you can buy maps with them too if you've done the relic quests, Peisteskin sometimes sell from people spawning Agrippa. Some of the lv60 crafting mats do sell too. GC seals and Thanlan soil remain options as mentioned. I've never had a problem using Poetics tbh.

if you can't find anything to spend them on then that's on you. There are plenty of options to do stuff with to spend your tomestones on.
