Generally, if people are asking if Pazuzu is up, they're asking if his spawn window is up, so they can stick around till the next gales or kill shadowwraiths during the current/next night.
They're not asking if he's literally up at that moment.

That's all well and good but is Pazuzu up?
If I die, forgive me. I used to be a Dragoon.

I was in there a couple nights ago and it was full. You might have got a dying instance, right before it cut off.
I've been going to Eureka every single week to cap mendacity, and I've never had problems - instances are always well populated, you get the occcasional dying instance, but nothing that wasn't seen even at the beginning. It's definitely far from dead.

I went in yesterday it was booming - pretty sure it was just odd hours.
It's starting to die a little yes. You see sub 40 player instances late night est/9ish pST. While you'll still be able to level, trains don't seem to form and the population doesn't grow that much.

did like half my tomes in there today, have seen a few 50-60 ones more frequently now though.

I've been able to average about 80 people in my instances even at 4 AM or 10 AM on a weekday. It's not dead yet, but they're not quite full either unless its on a weekend. Most of the people in there were probably the dedicated gear farmers that have now completed their sets.

No issues here, Eureka is my go-to in game right now. I dont even touch roulettes.
It is or it will be when the next Eureka map comes out and high eLv player never brother to go back to the old map and new players cant progress ever to cross the gap. Nice job~
