Yes, I expect eureka to be at capacity at 4am on a Sunday. I was in there earlier in the week in the afternoon and instances were full.

The last time I went in it was full with people doing fate trains, and while not quite as full after people left to try finding the next train it still had quite the number of people. This was last week.

I was in Eureka last night and it was full of people.

Usually seems pretty full, right up until Pazuzu dies. Then the instance goes with him.

Nope. Spent four hours in there last night in what could hardly be considered 'prime time'. While the instance never totally filled we had more than enough people to get a nice NM train going and do most of the NMs (except Paz because we were light on 19/20s most people seemed to be in the 14-17 range). Plan on going back in tonight to eek out another level.

Been in last few night and each time was a full instance so no signs of slowing down here. Maybe your time was off or it was a new or old instance but certainly not the norm, I just left it recently and it had 142/144 so for a Sunday night pretty full
