After a rather frustrating situation, I filed a harassment report. GM Zeigunav was very prompt and understanding. They made sure to confirm what happened in the situation and were very professional and supportive. It is the first instance where I have needed to deal with a GM and it was a very good experience.

Greetings Arthas, unfortunately I witnessed what you did and have to say it was against the terms of service and was cleary MPK. Let me clarify what happen: The train was trying to spawn the Holy Cow, I saw people in shout SEVERAL times saying to you stop pulling mobs to AFK people. Guess what, I was one of the "afk" people and I was behind of a wall of ice together with other 3~2 players. While people in front line was putting aoes and all kind of ground target stuff, you get part of this adds and bring to people afk far way from where people was killing

The wall I mention is this ice thing on my left and I was like behind it. You are putting mobs where I put red squares while the people who was helping you was putting their aoes on the yellow squares. By the way, I was looking to my screen sometimes and I even focus target you, because if happen I get killed to the situation, I was going to report you as well.

I would like also to point the Eureka system works like a hunt/fate system according with the information I gathered. If a person in this kind of instance don't want to help other players killing NMs, monsters who spawn NMs or other kinds of activities that dont interfere in other players gameplays, it is fine, it is not against the terms of service being AFK in this kind of instances.

Then, in conclusion, your suspension was not considered unfair or abusive, since the GM mention you even had another report in your account and the rules of the game cleary say "A suspended service account can not be used to access FINAL FANTASY XIV for the duration of the suspension. The type of suspension issued is dependent on the severity of the violation and past record of the player. However, a player does not necessarily need to have received a prior warning to receive a suspension. "
