I work with people in real life unfortunately.

I've had people complain the color of a product is too white. Yes, I've had a guy complain that the WHITE casing is TOO WHITE.

It's impossible to tell if people are joking or not with text.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the 'HOA' in the title? I had no idea what it was until I looked it up. Seems like some kind of American thing?

It's probably not as obvious as you think, for us non-American posters.

HOA = Home Owners Association. Usually a group of people living in the same general area that dictate how houses in the area should be maintained with loose agreements. Leaders (and authority) are largely self-appointed. The usual goal of one is to keep property values in the area high. Especially in wealthy neighborhoods. You can probably see where this is going.

They are fairly infamous in that, as they are largely self-appointed, you get power tripping douchebags in most of them that are basically the embodiment of 'NO FUN ALLOWED' for the most frivolous of reasons. Like each house has to be painted a certain way, gardens have to be arranged in a certain manner, and so on. Really douchebaggy HOA leaders are known for siccing lawyers and police at neighbors doing something they don't like (or don't like them in general). And that's before you get into some HOAs being so infamous that it's an open secret that they'll vet whoever even moves into the damn area, and suddenly make the place as unappealing as possible the moment certain types of people start looking around for a new house in the area.

That said, anyone who has ever dealt with one knows the OP is being rather sarcastic about this.

Its all going according to Godberts plan. D: He is going to brainwash you into his minion with the constant playing of this music, so that you will work (in a bunny costume) in the gold saucer as part of the new WoL attraction. How evil! The only way to stop this influence is the construcion of a huge paissa wall, together with our overlord Namazu.

Anyway I like this topic and great to see how some already jumped to certain conclusions.
