i don't think so, if you could i think it would already be written in the materia descriptions. i could be wrong though.

This would mean that whatever weapon new classes and jobs that doesn't exist yet (much like Guns for Musketeer) would be listed on materia.

They can EASILY add accessories to materia listing.
