Game Camera Constantly Panning Upwards, Right Click No Longer Functions

As soon as I log into my game and get to character select, my camera pans upward and i cannot control it. I Currently use Mouse and Keyboard controls and do not have any controller in use on the computer. If I pan the camera with keyboard keybinds, it will respond as long as I constantly hold the button down but then slowly pan back upwards until it reaches where it orignally was. Alt Tabbing will make it temporarily stop, but it begins again as soon as I go back to the game window.

Hello Tani_Hana, Thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

When did this start happening? Has it happened before?

Have you made any changes or has any thing updated recently that might coincide with this issue?

Hope to be of assistance. Thank you for playing Final Fantasy XIV! Hope to see you online.

I actually just solved it. I realized that I had installed a controller emulator to play a steam game with friends using gamecube controllers and it appears that the virtual controllers were being picked up as performing inputs by ffxiv. I uninstalled the software and drivers and now it's fixed, thank you for reminding me I had changed something recently!

Great! I will be moving this to "closed concerns"
