Can't Add or Remove Favorites Recipes

This only happens on Armorer for some reason. I cannot add or remove favorite recipes. It lists the 10 I had before 4.3 hit under Extras > Favorites, but afterwards I cannot change it. None are ticked (with the orange circle) that are already in the favorites list.

I try to add another recipe from any level range and it tells me I cannot add anymore recipes to favorites when I, in fact, have 0 saved/set.
